"Best Case" Process

1.   Project Kick-off — Give Mirror-Doc a “heads-up” with a project description and a desired timeline. We can provide an estimate with a range of fees at this time, if you'd like.

2.   Design Approved by Client — Send Mirror-Doc a PDF with relevant details, so that we can nail down the quote. The process of defining the project will include additional queries and discussions which will be unique to each project.

3.   Actual Hand-off of Final Approved Artwork — Approve quote and deliver all necessary materials and information.

Mirror-Doc's Fees are project-based

➤   Fees include two rounds of minor changes to the workability of the template and to incorporate any answers to Mirror-Doc’s queries.

➤   Any changes in scope or specifications initiated by the client once the final approved artwork is received by Mirror-Doc will require a re-assessment of fees.

➤   Copy editing after receipt of approved final documents will be billed at $125/hr.

Turnaround

Mirror-Doc's normal turnaround is 8–10 business days from receipt of final artwork, but may be longer if the project is extensive. The subsequent rounds for any edits as mentioned above can usually be turned in a couple of days. We can deliver a project more quickly, however, a rush charge will be assessed.
